After I confirm and accept your order, I will send and invoice to the Paypal email provided.
I will start on the commission as soon as I receive the payment.
I will send sketches and wips for approval during the process.
Finished piece will be sent to you once it's completed!

I, as the artist own copyrights over all my work, which includes the right to reproduce, distribute, or use the commissioned piece as an example for self-promotion. If for any reason you do not want me to share your commission, please discuss it with me.
I reserve the right to decline any commission without explanation.
Do not trace / copy / edit / profit / redistribute / and claim the commissioned piece unless discussed upon.
I do not allow for my work to be made into NFTs/used for AI.
For personal use please credit if you plan on sharing.
All commissions are now handled through (VGEN).
Please use only clear references only! I don't accept descriptions, and if you don't have a proper reference please include some visual references such as photos of clothes/items/and etc.
Detailed characters will cost extra, please refer to my commission info for more information.
All payment will be made only in USD and within VGen's support.
Payments must be made upfront before I start on the commission.
I will only refund if I have not started on the commission or have decided to cancel it.
Turnover may be a week to one month.
Deadlines and rush fees will cost extra.
All base commissions are for personal use.
For commercial use please explain in detail with your request.
Commercial Commissions are 300% of the total price which includes merchandising rights.
Stream Commercial Usage is an additional 100% of the total price.

Tiers	Examples
Tier 1: Personal Use	Avatars, phone/computer wallpapers, personal website/profile displays as graphics (Credit is appreciated).
Tier 2: Stream Commercial Use	Branding, streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube, etc.) and or social media where profits are expected to be made. Cannot be re-sold without permission.
Tier 3: Merchandising Commercial Use	Includes all previous tiers + permission to reproduce digital and physical merchandise.
